Storage

- Consume within 4 weeks.

- Store in the fridge as soon as you receive the pupcakes.

- Our biscuits are safe to freeze for up to 3 months so you can save for another day or special occasion.

Butler & Pooch – Storage & Freshness Disclaimer

Our Butler & Pooch biscuits are homemade in small batches using natural ingredients. We do not use artificial preservatives. Because of this, correct storage is essential to maintain freshness and quality.

Storage Instructions

To ensure your dog’s treats stay fresh:

- Store biscuits in an airtight container immediately after opening

- Keep in a cool, dry place, away from heat, sunlight, and humidity

- Do not store in damp areas such as near sinks, kettles, or ovens

- Always handle treats with clean, dry hands

- Ensure biscuits are fully sealed between uses

These instructions apply to all Butler & Pooch biscuits, including our grain-free range, which may be more sensitive to moisture due to their natural ingredients.

⏳ Shelf Life

- Please follow the best-before date provided

- We recommend using biscuits within the advised timeframe once opened

- Discard any treats that show signs of mould, unusual smell, or texture

⚠️ Important Notice

Butler & Pooch cannot be held responsible for spoilage or mould caused by improper storage conditions after delivery. Environmental factors such as heat and humidity are outside our control once the product is in your care.

Delivery

- Our products are delivered in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Cakes, Pupcakes and Macarons are sent by Royal Mail next day, which can take 1-2 days. Orders are sent within 5 working days.

- Our biscuits are sent by Royal Mail 48 which can take 2 days.

If you require the cake to be received by a specific date please add a note to your order with the date you need to receive it by.

To receive your order by Royal Mail Special delivery for a specific day please choose the express option at checkout for next working day delivery. Please still allow 5 working days for production.
