● All products are intended for purchase by adults (18+).

● We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Products

● Our treats are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients.

● As products are handmade, slight variations in size, colour, or shape may occur.

● Ingredients are clearly listed on product pages and/or packaging.

3. Orders & Payments

● Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

● Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

● We accept payment through secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, debit/credit card).

4. Shipping & Delivery

● We currently ship within the UK.

● Standard delivery times are estimated but not guaranteed.

● Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

● Butler & Pooch is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

● Due to the perishable nature of dog treats, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

● If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos.

● Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

6. Product Disclaimer

All Butler & Pooch treats are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. While we take great care to ensure quality and consistency, please note the following:

● Feeding Responsibility: Treats are intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only and should not replace acomplete and balanced diet. Always provide fresh drinking water.

● Allergies & Sensitivities: Some dogs may have allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients. Please check our ingredient lists carefully before purchase. If your dog has known allergies, consult your vet before introducing new treats.

● Storage & Freshness: Our treats are free from artificial preservatives. To maintain freshness, store in an airtight container: up to 1 week at room temperature, 2 weeks if refrigerated, or 3 months if frozen. Do not feed if you notice any signs of spoilage such as mould, odour changes, or unusual texture.

● Owner Responsibility: Owners are responsible for ensuring treats are suitable for their dog’s age, size, and dietary needs. Butler & Pooch is not liable for adverse reactions, misuse, or improper storage of products.
